I have used Quicken for about 10 years as treasurer for a church and am
totally satisfied. As with any "canned" program, it does take some effort to
get things set up to meet your needs. I am currently using Q2004 H&B and
will probably upgrade to 2006 shortly. I suggest you go for 2006 and at the
end of the trial period return it for a refund if you don't like it. Set up
is unavoidable but not intimidating.
Good luck!

Hello, P.!

Setup our church's finances using 2001 and it has worked fine. Since we
don't download information but use our bank statement to reconcile there has
been no need to upgrade. Depending upon the complexity of your church
finances you may need to tweak accounts a bit to keep the books straight.
