Hi
I have Win XP + SP2 + last updates.
I have HP3330 (scanner/printer/fax)
I have installed HP3330 network printer from original CD.
I have print server HP Jet Direct: J6038A Firmware Version: Q.25.49
When the installation finished, the computer needed restart.
After installation computer gives me 2 messages at once
1. "Finishing set up of your LaserJet 3300/3310/3320/3330 "- and I can
answer OK
2." AppLinking... " - and I cant say/press anything in that window. This
program waits something (I don't no what!)
I wait more than 20 min and kill this window.
After that I install the upgrade for the HP3330
After that all the printer, and fax works fine, but the scanner didn't work.
When I try to scan something hppscan.exe runs but nothing happens.
This program waits something (I don't no what!)
How I can scan with HP3330 using the PC?
Scan works only if I use HP3330 directly.
All this works fine in W2k computers.
