The reference guide I have is Y14.5M 1994.
I receive drawings marked "Interpret per ANSI Y14.5M 1982"
Some of these are so far from the GD&T standard I know, that I wonder if
the draftsman is simply not doing it right, or if the standard has
changed a lot over those years.

Anyone know what changes have intervened during that time?
