Hi, just in the process of using the restore disks and I get half way
through the second CD and I get an error :
Error 1802 Image file is invalid or corrupted
After dealing with HP and them telling me I have to buy a new set of
CD's because I am out of warranty, I decided to try and make a copy
of the CD to see if that rectifies the issue.
That does not work because there is a corrupt spot on the CD where the
following file is sitting. I believe this because I can copy all the
files except that one to the HD on another PC.
It is on CD #2 of 7 with the part number of F5761-12013B Pavillion
The file is AKERH02A.018
size 48,768KB
Can anyone out there send me that file. I would need it spanned
across 5 or 6 zip files as my gmail account will only allow 10 MB
attachments.
