Move print image on HP 5

Ok, I am a vendor for another company. They have given us access to
their extranet in where we print out claims for them. The problem is
we have a pre printed form called a UB92 red form that is a standard
form. The printed output from their printers print inside the lines
correctly. But when I print the same claim on the same forms it looks
like the entire print image is one character to the right. It does
this on HP 5, HP 4050 and HP 4200. All the exact issue.

Is there a PS setting or a Printer HW setting that will manualy move
the print image 1 character space to the left?
