Using Quickbooks Pro 2000...

I created an expense acct for "PayPal Fees". How do I make an entry in
this account?

Do you want to make your depsoits ?

It is simple to make a deposit, you can discount your deposit by the
fees by using the cash withheld box at the bottom of the make deposits
screen and use your Paypal fees account in the account box.

FYI:

I just discovered yesterday that if you run a Download Report from the
PayPal website it will download your PayPal information directly into
QuickBooks.
