View Full Version : Problems with Online Center

I just upgraded from Q02 to Q05, R3. In the online center under 02, which
I've used for years with the same bank (and as recently as Saturday), I
could enter transactions directly into the register, hit the update button
in the online center and connect directly to my bank (Bank One). In Q05,
when I hit the update button, it prompts me to enter my pin for the pin
vault, but then doesn't show any of my banks and thus won't update anything.
Yet, when I go to my account and check the overview tab, it shows that my
online banking is activated, which it has been for years as well (direct
connect through Bank One). What am I missing or doing wrong. I'm running
Windows XP. Thanks
