I hope I'm not repeating a question already asked. I browsed through
the CCA but couldn't find the answer. I can't keep my standard toolbars
that I've opened and added to the side to remain in place. Every time I
close down ACAD and reopen it, the toolbars are in a different place.
Frequently they're hidden, running down the left side below the desktop
and out of site. These are not custom toolbars or icons I'm using.

I've searched to no avail through all the drop down menus for a
pertinent command that would nail these suckers down. Does anyone know
the solution? TIA.

Jamie,

There is no option anywhere in the ACAD 2000 dialogue box to "save as" a
new profile. I've tried it different ways, using "set current", "add to
list", "rename", and "import". I haven't tried "export" or "reset" yet.
Nevertheless, there is no "save" or "save as" option. My toolbar
problem remains unsolved and vexing.

They have a program (shareware) called QuikPik. It lets you anchor your
toolbars, command line as well as some other really cool stuff.
