What you are looking for is not in ADT3.3 core product. The additional
application is AutoDesk Building Systems Electrical for Architectural
Desktop.

But autodesk-Architectural Desktop 3.3 I cannot find wire under electrical to draw wiring or conduit between switches and lights etc like Softdesk had.
