what is a good one to do streaming video and audio? Also it needs to haveits own server. Thanx Microsoft's media encoder is free and does video and audio (but requires a powerful machine). Ivista does video and audio. The test page below uses ivista. http://www.geocities.com/zoomkat/ppswitcher-demo.htm

I'm using the Windows Media Encoder on an old Pentium 333 MHz system (with
512 MB mem) and all it's taking is about 20% of CPU usage!
It's really importand how you set the stream up! It took me some time to get
it to work the way I wanted it, but now it's really working sweat!

I'm streaming at 3 different speeds (10 Kbps, 23 Kbps, and 71.1 Kbps and all
at +15 fps.
The audio is off right now, but will be back on again soon.

I've been testing some new webcam's, but the "old" one "Creative USB
WebCamII" I'm using now is really working the best with this setup!

Have a look at it if you want.. http://webcam.kijk.info (it's on from 9AM
till 11PM CET)
