If you haven't bought the Logitech Web Cam, review the messages in thsi news
group. Many, or most, are not very favourable to the product.

I acquired 2 recently (QuickCam Pro 4000) and I've had nothing but problems.
It isn't working yet.

One of the cams is installed on a PC running XP Home, and the other on XP
Pro. I've tried using with Yahoo with no luck at all. I am now trying with
MSN with limited success. The other user can see me, including
picture-in-piture. On my end, I see the picture-in-picture, but nothing from
the sending cam. Neither have sound.

Based upon my experiences, I can think of somewhere to put the Logitech, but
it isn't polite. If you insist on keeping it, I have a flat screen LCD and
I've put my cam on a book-shelf.
