One of the logitech webcams is made specifically for laptops "Quickcam for
notebooks pro". there are also some companies that make mountables for
laptop screens that will fit virtually any webcam - can't remember the name
offhand, but i recall seeing one at a local Fred Meyer store along with mini
tripods.

Or a magnet. If the surface of your monitor has enough metal in it, a
magnet on the bottom of the cam holder should be able to stick as if it were
meant to be there.
The LAST thing I would try is using a sticky adhesive material on BOTH the
bottom of the cam holder AND somewhere on your monitor ( a piece of looped
duct tape is an example of this, though it would have to be flattened
somewhat).
Hope this helps :-)
Cheers for now :-)
