hello,

do you already have any software?
if not, try to realize it with windows media encoder 9, thats a free
program and you can use audio and video, you can configure your streams
like you wish and you only need a free port (e.g. 8080) and a website
that 'knows' your current provider ip address. thats all.
We realized that the same way and it works really good!
