I have the Creative Webcam Pro Ex. It works okay. The images are noticibly sharper than other cameras. My only complaint is that the
camera seems fussy about lighting conditions. I am running a webcam at http://mysite.verizon.net/mroccella/camera. As you can see,
when the sun is shining bright the image just washes out. When it gets dark the colors fade out. The "automatic" settings don't work
so well for me. If you fiddle with the manual software controls (ie. brightness, contrast, exposure) and have appropriate lighting
you can get some pretty good pictures.
For those owning one of these model, are you satisfied?
The software is good? This cam has ccd sensor witch is suspected to be better than cmos, but what your opinion?

I have the Logitech Quickcam Pro 4000. Good quality picture but a pain in
the ass to set up.

I have three cameras set up. I have the Creative Cam EX pointing outside,
I have a room shot with my Quickcam pro 4000 and I have a Veo velocity
connect on top of my computer. I run easycam software and the software
cycles through the three cameras. I rate the cameras in this order:
Quickcam Pro 4000 Best
Veo - Ok
Creative.. not good.
