I am looking for a autocad script that can calculate the chord bearing
using the delta and length of curve. Most of the plats I traverse have
the length, radius and delta of the curve but never the chord bearing.

Why not just set your units angle to degrees, minutes, seconds - draw your
chord line and list it to get the bearing?

I think the OP is wanting to draw the CB without know what the chord bearing
is. To do this, offset the line entering the curve, then draw an arc using
Start, Center and Angle (or arc length). You can then enter the LINE command
and hit enter when prompted for the first point and you will be locked onto
the "exiting" tangent bearing.
