Help with Install Error in Autocad 2005

I always seem to get an error when trying to install AutoCAD 2005. it
says:

Error 1935. An error ocurred during the installation of assembly
'Microsoft.MSXML2,type="Win32",version="4.20.9818.0",processorArchitecture="x86
",publicKeyToken="6bd6b9abf345378f".Please refer to Help and Support
for more information.HRESULT=0x80070002"

I searched the web and found on autocad's forums the following thread
where others have had this problem. then they say a solution exists,
but not what the solution was. help anyone?

Hi there.
I 'am trying to install AutoCAD 2005 in my computer with Windows 2003,
for working, not for network deployment or that kind of things. My
computer meets the requirements. And as you know, Windows 2003 has the
..NET Framework integrated, it comes with the 1.1.

Installation goes fine when it gets to the part of "Publishing
product" or something like that, and it shows this error message:

Error 1935. An error ocurred during the installation of assembly
'Microsoft.MSXML2,type="Win32",version="4.20.9818.0",processorArchitecture="x86
",publicKeyToken="6bd6b9abf345378f".Please refer to Help and Support
for more information.HRESULT=0x80070002

And then, it rollbacks the installation.

I get exactly the same message at a client with WinXP and AutoCAD 2005
(.net 1.1 is installed)
I cannot install AutoCAD 2005. What to do?

When I try to install AutoCad 2005 I get error message 1935, then the
installation rolls back. I am using Windows xp pro, and windows
service pack 2.

I change someting in the registry, it's solved now.
Had something to do with the current version of MsXML2.
