Finding good AutoCAD-proficient persons is almost impossible. We have
growing pains in our firm and have an immediate opening for a good,
qualified AutoCAD draftsperson. The business is Land Surveying and
Civil Engineering. We also have departments that specialize in
transportation (highway design), environmental mapping resources (GIS)
and Federal projects (military and Corps of Engineers). Most of our
drafting is done on MicroStation, but we're gaining in the land
development end of the business and those clients demand deviverables
in ACAD. Land development work incudes residential and commercial
subdivisions; water, sewer, drainage and road design and layout;
preparation of survey plats and topographic maps.
Our firm is in the top 100 engineering firms in the US, and our local
office is full of young and energetic folks working towards growth and
success. I'm the Survey Department Head and will be responsible for
filling this immediate position. Knowledge of surveying is a benefit,
but not a requirement.
If your serious and interested in a firm with good benefits, good pay
and a future for long term employment, please reply and/or send a
resume to me at:
