Hi all, i have a student who has a student version of Autocad2005. His
problem is on every plot, it prints up "printed by a student version" on
all four sides. Is there is a way for him to not have this printed?

The following is a direct quote from Autodesk web site.
"The Autodesk Student Version is an educational version of the software. It
incorporates all the functionality of our professional licenses and includes
education-specific features, such as a print banner- making the software
inappropriate for professional, commercial, or for-profit purposes. Autodesk
Student Version software may not be used in the classroom or lab for
instructional purposes."
There is a solution but it cost $3,750.00 + tax.

That isn't his problem. It isn't a problem.
Is there is a way for him to not have this printed?
Buy a commercial license of AutoCAD.
