What's a CAM system?A system that includes a 3D Modeler vs 2D CAD!CAD doesn't cover 3D Modeling, nor Assembly, nor much of anything butlines, arcs and 2 D Prints. It seems terribly dated to refer to todayssystems with CAD in the name.
It's always good to hear from an expert.
Thanks.

BTW, Michael .....
What is "cad"?
Does it stand for anything? I looked up "cad" in the dictionary
but ..... (I looked up "prints" too ..... rather confusing, the two
words being used together ...)
And why "3D" if all you want is a cad making prints? What kind of
prints? Footprints, fingerprints, ..?
