Hello all,
I have had a paid for copy of Corel Draw 9 for a few years but it is
an academic version thus not upgradable. I have always liked the
Corel Graphics Suite but in the past I have hesitated to buy it
because of of the price. I have JASC's Paint Shop Pro 8, Bordabund's
Print Shop Pro 15, Microsoft Publisher, DreamWeaver MX, Flash MX, and
am about to buy ULead's Cool3D. I finally want to bite the bullet and
purchase a full-blown copy of Corel Draa 11. Knowing my luck Corel
Draw 12 will come out a few days after I buy v11 but I can't worry
about taht. Considering the software I do have, will it still be
worthwhile buying v11?
My needs:
Photo post-processing and after effects
Create graphics (buttons, backgrounds, logos, mosaics, etc.) for web
sites
Create animated GIFs of varying complexity
Create animations for video
Create Flash files
Design and build web sites
As you tell by some of the items in my software list, I am now willing
to buy professional software to help produce professional results.
Any suggestions will be appreciated.
Thanks,
Steven
