Creating submit form in CorelDraw 11

Can someone tell me how to create a submit form in CorelDraw with the
internet objects Submit Button, Reset Button and Text Edit Field. The
results of the form must be saved in a text file and must be mailed to a
e-mail adress.

Draw is NOT a web editing application. This should be done in your dedicated
web editing app (Dreamweaver, BBedit, notepad, frontpage, hotmetal, hotdog,
etc, etc, etc). It is not something you do in an illustration application.
