Hello,

If I were to buy Windows XP Home Edition, would it be restricted to
one PC and one PC only in the household? I was trying to find the
answer on Microsoft's website, but turned up dry.

Thanks,

Robb

MS Operating systems have always been licenced per machine. So the
simple answer is Yes, one machine only.

Ok...but what if I were to build a new computer, and transfer the
licencing priveledges from my old one to the new one? Would that be
possible?
