View Full Version : licensing software recommendation

Does anyone have any recommendations for a 3rd party licensing package that
I could use to to protect my software?

My requirements are support for UNIX & windows client. The ability to node
lock, time limit and enforce max concurrent users.

We use Java, but a C API would suffice.

FlexLM, from what I hear, sounds too expensive. (it seems that they don't
have a fixed cost, but gouge you for as much as they can get away with).

I took a look at Java-based Easy Licenser but I could crack that in less
than an hour, so I didn't think it raised the bar high enough.

Other recommendations/comments gratefully received.

Cheers,
Steve
