Branding on my Licenced Software Product

A game I develop is being developed under licence for Interactive
Television. The Interactive TV people have contacted me to state that
their customer would like their own branding on the game. Part of my
licence agreement is that my name and website info is on the game,
which I requested for advertising purposes.

Is there a danger to me allowing the branding, etc, to be removed?

Any advice greatly appreciated.
