We've got Microsoft software assurance for Exchange 2000. Now that Exchange
2003 has been released I understand we are licensed for that also. My
question is, do we just need to purchase a new media pack to upgrade to
version 2003 or will Microsoft send us the media pack automatically?

Thanks.

Joe

No you don't need to buy a new copy, just contact your reseller. Have
will provide the software. Just ask them!
