I use quicken 03 - about 6 months ago my son's online banking account
stopped downloading transactions - i get OL 393-A - I have checked
everything - Customer ID, Account # and Routing # - everything works fine
for my personal account which is with the same bank - level 1 technicial
does not have a clue - i have also checked with the bank and the account is
not locked out nor does anything need to be reset - i have even deleted
account then activated again - any ideas?

Hard to tell what the problem could be. If your account and your son's
share the same file, I would try creating a brand new file for your son's
account and see how that goes.

If that works, you can export and import your son's account from the old to
the new files.
