I have been trying to import a qif file which consists of more than 33000 transactions into quicken 2001 but with no success. Is there any limitation on the number of transactions the quicken can manage? I'm using QD2002. My file has 35243 transactions in 171 accounts. My QDF file is over 20MB. I think the most transactions any one account has in it is around 7000. I'm having no problems that I know of.

Cool! How did you get this figure? By exporting everything?
