I having problems with import a module from our cvs Linx box to a
CVSNT machine. I've zipped up the files from the linux box and
unzipped them on my desktop pc (win2K) and tried to import them into
my CVSNT repository, but I get alot of error'd files during the
import. The error states that most of the files have escape characters
in them. Any suggestions????

Are you using winzip to unzip the archive? If so, then switch off it's
"smart" CRLF conversion (don't know the exact name of the option as I
don't use winzip). Winzip thinks it's being clever, converting the
line endings in the files when it should leave them alone.
