[newbee] cvsweb without cvs server ( local: mode)?

Hi,

sorry but I am new to cvs. I already know how to use the cvs client with or
without ssh to use a remote cvs server.

For my home work, i use cvs in local: mode without a cvs server. I wonder if
cvsweb could browse a `local:`repository, or do I have to install a full cvs
server to use it ?

Indeed, last time I looked for it, cvsweb wouldn't browse nothing but a
local repository.

To state it in a simple manner, cvsweb (that is the webserver) to be local
to your CVS repository.

after 3 days of struggle with Apache, cvs, rcs and cvsweb, I have finally
cvsweb working properly.
