My team would like to use the check-in, checkout feature in CVS.
eg. User A is modifying a document. He checkout the document and
modifies it.At the same time UserB also want to modify the document.I
want User B to know that the document is be updated now(either by a
pop up message or by email or by showing checkout sign in wincvs)Is it
possible to do this in CVS if yes what is the way to do it.I am
planning to use WinCVS for document checkout and checkin..

Thank you for your help..
