Hello All,

I need to run both production servers and development activities on a
single distributed WAN. We have production activities in 230+ countries and
development activities at 17 locations in the United States. All of the
developers need access to the production network for things like email, the
enterprise web site, eRoom, access to various databases, Remedy systems,
etc.

Any ideas on how to set this all up so the developers can have superuser
rights on their desktops without giving them the ability to trash
production resources?

Where do I start looking for other people who have already solved this
problem.

I doubt this is on-topic at this newsgroup but, well, it seems to be a wide
organization, what about then, contracting the rigth people for the job?
