Hi,

a new version of Track+ has been released on Sourceforge at

http://sourceforge.net/projects/trackplus/

Check it out! The best free issue tracker that I know of, much better
than Bugzilla or Gnats.

Here are two more open source mentions:
IssueZilla - Refinement of BugZilla. Is used by OpenOffice.org via
Collabnet. I am not aware of any small implementations but OpenOffice
has a huge repository. Not sure how to get the source but its probably
out there. Don't know any more details though.

Scarab - Powerfull, fast and clean. This project is basically a
re-write of IssueZilla. It is hosted on tigris.org
(http://scarab.tigris.org). I am a bit of a ergonomics nut and these
guy's have come as close to clean UI's as I can find on the web. The
documentation is a little sparse on administrative end of things. And
it does not include workflow component, but that could just be done
with a decent PDM/PLM system or other lifecycle, assignment and
notification engine anyway.

Scarab is also written using Apache's Java based server page template
engine Velocity ( http://jakarta.apache.org/velocity/index.html ).
Velocity is a script based server page engine that requres no server
page compilation :]:]:] with a sweet and simple little script
language. ).

Scarab is where I'm putting my eggs ( and issues :). Hopefully I can
get it to work happily on one of my NT boxes (sigh)
