View Full Version : seeking simple subscription database

I am looking for VB source code for a relatively unsophisticated
magazine subscription database for my local community association.
I don't particularly care what the underlying database is, be it
Access, Excel, or whatever.
I am sure that this particular wheel has been invented a myriad times,
and would rather not reinvent it if I can avoid doing so.
The community association is set up as a charity, and has almost no
funds, so public domain, freeware, or open source are my only options,
if I am not to write it myself from scratch.
Thanks in advance for any pointers...

I am the treasurer of a tennis club and you are welcome to my
"Treasurer" program written in VB6 using an Access database. It will
probably require substantial changes to make it suitable for your
association but it may save you some work. If you are interested send
an email to david at segall dot net and I'll send the source and tell
you the shortcomings of program.
Incidentally, I posted a similar message to a few news groups before I
wrote mine but I did not get a response.
