Intuit offers online purchase where I can just download the software
and pay online.

Which are the other sites that offers online purchase (& software
download instead of CD) and is cheaper ? Thanks.

Intuit does not offer its software for download on any other site. But if
you are willing to forego downloading for a good price, you can buy Quicken
on eBay for a song.
