Had to change Motherboards and got this message any suggestions would
be greatly appreciated, rest of hardware remained unchanged

Did you put all the HDs back on the same controllers? Did the boot
order change? Is it trying to boot from a floppy in the drive?

Just how similar are the 2 motherboards? The message means that the new
motherboard's bios is having problems at [auto-] detecting the original HD's
characteristics. Typical of incompatible bios or HD geometry.
