View Full Version : Tax Planning - Q03 or do I need TurboTax?

I'm using Q2003 Deluxe and recently I've been using it to budget for our
first new home (we're in escrow).
I've been trying to figure out how much I can reduce our withholding to help
make those house payments. I'd like to plug in different withholdings and
see the result. I'd also like to have the software assist me in finding
deductions typical for homeowners, including any points paid on the loans,
etc.
Can someone tell me if it's worth buying TurboTax (2002, I guess) or if I
should just keep using the tax planner in Quicken 2003 Deluxe? I've never
used TT so please pardon my naiveté.
Thanks,
Felix
bonus question: If you recommend TT, please comment on how well it
integrates with my Q2003 database.
