Hello,
My question for you is in Q2003 when you go from one section to another it
opens as seperate window. In Q2004 does it do that or does it open within
same window as program. This is what distracted me and didn't buy Q2003.
Would you recommend buying Q2004 and if yes, tell me why?

Yes, Chris, certain parts of Quicken 2004 open in separate windows, such
as the calendar and the reports sections. I have had '04 only for a day
now after upgrading from Quicken 2001.

I have 2001 now and am considering 2004. One of my primary interests, in
addition to Portfolio and Bill paying, is the Retirement Planner. Have
you noticed any changes to that or don't you use the Retirement Planner?

I haven't used the retirment planner for a few years since I am retired,
but I just took a quick look at Q'04 and the module appears to be about
the same as Q'01: how much you need to save, the earliest year you can
retire, the lowest return that you'll need from your investments and
your standard of living in retirement.

That kinda stuff is available at many web sites, not sure what the
Quicken product would add...
