Installed 2004P this am (win xp)-- took 3-4 attempts to register &
download Amex & bank cc's & acc'ts -- finally got all working. BUT, I
cannot close Qkn, end up w/gray qkn screen & have to go to task manager
to end non responsive program. Have tried 4 different times w/same
results, any ideas?

Try hitting the " TAB " key before exiting.
