I noticed that my downloads were missing transactions and called thetechnical support folks at Citi who issue the Quicken credit card.I was told that there was a known problem because of a change that theymade to their system recently, that Quicken customers had been notified, and that they were in the process of fixing the problem, but had noestimate as to when it would be fixed.Has anyone else run into this problem or recall getting any alert fromIntuit or communication from Citi?

Yes, problem was previously posted. IIRC, Intiuit will not get involved with the
problem even though they allow the Quicken logo on that card.

I also had this problem and they told me NOT to download everyday.

Has anyone noticed another problem? Since modifying their system,
credit card transactions are now truncated and less information is
provided than used to be.

Yes - has to do with post entry dates and some other gobbletigook. They
said on the phone the other day (Citibank, not Intuit) that they're shooting
for a resolution by end of September.

Play dumb and keep calling to put the heat on. Unbelieveable that this
occured. They told me to manually check my account
https://www.accountonline.com/ and manually enter any missing transactions.
Download only about twice a week.

This is a pretty darn silly when it seems that "all" OFX credit cards without the
Quicken logo seemed to have this worked out just fine.
