On the accounts I have enabled for online banking or transaction download,
on the bottom right of the check register screen, if I scroll over a certain
part of the blank area, the MS hand appears. If I click it, it takes me to
the online center for that account. Any idea why there is no visible
button?

Years ago, I remember in an earlier version of Quicken (Quicken 6??) logos
of the financial institutions used to appear as a button which would tak you
to the online center, and I have never seen them again. I have upgraded to
every version of Quicken since Version 6.

Any thoughts?
Thanks.

It's certainly visible on my system. For example, for my AT&T Universal
Card account, the AT&T logo appears with words "web site" underlined in blue
next to the logo. The blue is an active link to the web site. For other
accounts just the "web site" link appears. When nothing appears, there is
no link and no hidden spot. The hand does not appear. -- Version 2004
Deluxe.
