Is there a way to make isqlplus version 9.2 retain sql history between
sessions? Out of the box, when you close it you lose all your sql history.
I want to keep the last N commands regardless of whether the browser was
shut down or not.

There is no automatic way to do this. You can manually save and load scripts.
