Will you allow non forms access to the app via any means (sql loader/ query
tools/ dbas with sqlp*plus etc)?

You have provided insufficient information from which anyone could
formulate a response.

Do you want this behavior to only exist in the Forms application
or to apply to any changes made to the data, perhaps by a DBA,
using SQL*Plus?

Hi,

Is 'whether the data only accessed from Forms app or other app' the
only factor to be considered here ?

Will it be a problem if a table has 15 - 20 cascaded FKs refering to
it ? will this cause performance issue ?

Thank you,
xtanto
