Anyone know how to stop queries in Toad? This query is still running as
I write this, and has been running for 100 seconds.

Hit the cancel button above the query definition, that is if you have
set up Toad to allow queries to be cancelled.

If you don't see cancel button, you probably haven't enabled it.
View->Options->Sql Editor-> Click on first check box, "Process statements in
threads / allow queries to be cancelled"
Toad defaults are like Oracle's, usually not the setting you want.
