Two question

Is quicken XG a recent version or will there be a quicken 2004.

If you wanted to mark a whole account (300+ transactions) as cleared
how would you do it , assuming it can be done

Thanks

Phill

Quicken XG is the name for the 2003 version of Quicken released in
Canada, Australia, and (I think) the UK.

Quicken 2004 has now been released in the USA, but it's unknown whether a
new version of Quicken XG will be released, or whether there will simply
be an "update" to Quicken XG.

Use Find and Replace.

Edit > Find & Replace > Find/Replace

Key one space in the "Find:" field (this assumes that your
current transactions have a blank in the register "Clr" field -
if they have an "R" in the register "Clr" field, key an "R" in
the Find/Replace "Find:" field)

Select "Cleared Status" for the "Search" field.

Select "Contains" or "Exact Match" for the "Match if" field

Click "Find All"

Select "Cleared status" in the "Replace" field.

Enter "c" in the "With" field.

If you want every transaction modified, click "Mark All",
otherwise individually "mark" each transaction to modify by left
clicking in the column to the left of the transaction. When you
have "mark"ed all transactions you want modified, click
"Replace".
