Stock options have been replaced by Restricted stock grants. This is
essentially X shares of stock that will vest at some date in the
future, if you keep your job. When the stock vests, it is treated as
ordinary income at the closing price on the vesting date by the IRS,
etc.
Quicken 2002 does not appear to have any wizards to directly handle
restricted stock - does anyone have a suggested work around?
