OEM and RMAN backups

Hi

I'm using OEM and Rman to backup our databases. It's running on Windoze
2000.

Last night the backup failed and the output says "Could not find
c:\winnt\temp\4256183002.13799"

That file is there (it's 1kb in size), OEM runs on the same box as the
database.

Does anyone have any pointers that may help?
