HP Pavilion ze5170 Destructive Recovery

How do I do a destructive recovery on my notebook without the Recovery
CD/DVD. I never received the CD/DVD when I bought my notebook last
year.

If I need the Recovery cd/dvd how do I get one. I've looked all over
HP's website and I can not find anything.
