I'm trying to download for several of my accounts. Two bank accounts are
downloading but are not being matched up to the appropriate Quicken bank
accounts. I am prompted to choose from a list of my accounts to match up
with the download data, but THE LIST DOES NOT CONTAIN ALL MY ACCOUNTS, and
the two accounts in question are among the ones missing from the list.
How do I match the downloads to the right accounts? Is there a way to reset
these accounts?

If you are using web-connect to download and this is your first
download from a given financial institution, you should *not*
have the account "enabled" for online access (that is why the
account does not appear in the list of accounts). If the
account is not enabled for online access, the first download for
that account will then allow you to select the account from the
list and will "enable" online access for you.
Is there a way to reset these accounts?
In Q2002 deluxe for Windows, US: in the Account List, select the
account, click Edit. If the "Online Account Access" field says
"Enabled", put your cursor on the word "Enabled" and left-click
(or double-click, I can't remember), which will change it to
read "Available, not enabled". Then do your download.

Doesn't seem to be that way in XG.
The page says "Transaction Download Is Available" and the button next to it
says ENABLE.
But the button does not respond and will not change. When pressed, it goes
right to the download screen.
