Does anyone have this manual that they can post -- need it for
troubleshooting an issue onsite -- would be greatly appreciated.

AFAIK, none of the LJ4 tech manuals are available except from 3rd party sources
who will charge you to buy a PDF.

Which tech manual? For programming PCL? For troubleshooting a hardware
problem?

Post some info here about the problem and maybe somebody here can help.
