I would love to know how to keep Quickbooks from subtracting against
accrued VACATION hours when I enter HOLIDAY hours on the paycheck.

I have paid holidays and it's screwing up my employees accrued
vacation hours every time I give him an 8 hour paid holiday!!!

Anyone have any ideas?

Mitch...

What payroll item are you using to pay the employees? Maybe it is setup
incorrectly.

Sounds like your holiday item is setup as a special vacation item. Try
setting up a new one that's not a vacation type.
